Dear Exhibitor:

As a potential vendor you will have the opportunity showcase your products/services to the conference attendees, send booth invitations to our 1700-member national listserv, and have your logo and link displayed on our conference website under the vendor listings (www.bannekermath.org/conferences/BBA2008 ) which boasts in excess of 1,000 hits a month on average. Please join us and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.

Approximately 35 vendor spaces will be available in three areas: the balcony outside the main ballroom, the hotel lobby, and the hallway area on the first floor. The pricing structures for the three areas are as follows:

There are a limited number of vendor spaces available. Your payment in full will guarantee your table(s) (while they last). This policy is on a first-come first-served basis. There will be an additional cost of $25 for electricity. Also, please note that these areas cannot be locked at night. Extra space for your own tables will not be guaranteed. Each vendor is provided with one lunch on Thursday; additional lunches may be purchased at $25 each
. Exhibit hours will be Thursday from 8:00 – 5:00 (with set-up starting Wednesday evening) and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 

Application/Payment and Cancellations

Application to exhibit may be completed by going to www.bannekermath.org/conferences/BBA2008/exhibits  and following the link for exhibitors. Payments may be made online by credit card or by mail (after completing application online). Cancellations must be received before July 1, 2008 to guarantee a full refund.  Cancellations received after July 1 and before September 1, 2008 will receive a $100 refund.  No refunds will be given after September 1st.  If you have any questions, please email Michelle Jackson at BBA2008exhibits@bannekermath.org or michelle.jackson@lrsd.org.

Confirmation/Shipping
Confirmation and additional information will be sent in July 2008When shipping any material in advance of your meeting, please list the following on the shipping label: Name of Group, Company or Affiliation, Arrival Date of Function, ATTN:  Spencer Wilson, C/O Hilton Hotel
925 South University Little Rock, AR 72204. Shipment of materials should arrive no more than 3 days prior to the meeting.  The first 5 boxes per exhibitor are handled at no charge and $5.00 per box above five.  For items larger than 130'' in length or 70lbs., please make arrangements with your shipping company for delivery the day of your meeting.
