Negro Educational Review

An invitation is extended to mathematics education scholars to submit manuscripts that address research, theory, and practice issues related to Blacks throughout the African Diaspora to be considered for publication in a special issue of The Negro Educational Review (NER) to be published in the Spring/Summer of 2008:

�Engineering an Agenda for Impact for the Mathematics Teaching and Learning of Black Children�

The focus of the special edition will be to highlight research, theory, and practice that have the potential to impact the current and future agendas for maximizing the success of Black children in mathematics in a variety of contexts.
